VITAL CONVERSATIONS 2010
Listen Learn Talk Connect
Let’s talk about building a
Sustainable City
The Calgary Foundation and the Calgary Public Library, supported by the new Office of Sustainability at The City of Calgary, will be hosting a series of Vital Conversations in 2010.
Vital Conservations create dynamic community forums for Calgarians to discuss
local quality of life issues that build on the results of from the 2009 Vital Signs Report.
Objectives
Beginning with the first event of the Vital Conversation series, here's your opportunity to Have Your Say and connect with other Calgarians about what's working and what's not in our rapidly changing city.
This event will:
- enhance citizen awareness on issues, assets, success stories and organizations active in this field
- build new relationships/connections by providing opportunity for discussion among Calgarians
- support individual and collective action
